Our Story

On March 2018, two enterprise companies have announced they had entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which the two companies will merge

The two companies, working with Office 365 in separate tenants required a solution for enabling a cross-company collaboration so business users can work across the two organizations as if they were a single business entity.

The IT teams of the companies were facing two alternatives:

Setting up an "old school" infrastructure to enable the cross-organization collaboration - A resource intensive and time-consuming project

Look for innovative solution to address the business deadline for enabling employees from both organizations to start collaborating in "Day-1" post the acquisition

Pro-Vision exprets and the companies IT teams reviewed the Microsoft 365 Teamwork framework and Microsoft Azure B2B capabilities and found that the combination of both could meet the business, IT and security requirements.

With Microsoft 365 all applications are built on an intelligent fabric - suite-wide membership service with Office 365 Groups: suite-wide discovery and intelligence with Microsoft Graph, and suite-wide security and compliance.

Utilizing Azure AD B2B can address additional challenges: ​
For Users - Multiple logins and difficulty sharing and discovering information across the two organizations
For the Business - Incomplete toolkit that leads to disengaged employees and costly, duplicate tools.

Alternative #2 was chosen and Pro-Vision has developed DayOne collaboration solution to address all requirements.
